LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (TB)                          14837-T

Galleria area location.  Requires a diploma from an accredited school of vocational nursing and must be currently licensed as an LVN in Texas.  The LVN is a member of the Tuberculosis Program health care team.  The LVN will be responsible for performing assigned nursing care/field tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.
