North Houston.  Requires a DVM from an accredited veterinary school.  License to practice veterinary medicine in Texas.  Master of Public Health (MPH) is required.  Five years of experience in public health related field may be considered in lieu of MPH.  This experience should be related to epidemiology and/or Zoonosis investigation.  Knowledge of zoonotic disease symptoms and transmission is necessary.  Must have at least two years professional work experience in veterinary science, epidemiology or a related field.  Other requirements apply.  Click here for a complete job description.
