Healthcare providers can call 211 to learn about
vaccine availability. Additionally, while the
helpline is not intended to replace instructions from
healthcare providers, it can provide your patients with
medical advice on when to seek care from a healthcare
provider or emergency room. 211 staff who speak
English, Spanish, Cantonese or Vietnamese are available
24 hours a day. If another language is needed, 211
can access a translation service that supports more than
90 languages.
