healthcare provider or emergency room.
The helpline is not intended to replace
instructions from your healthcare provider.
211 staff who speak English, Spanish,
Cantonese or Vietnamese are available 24
hours a day. If another language is needed,
211 can access a translation service that
supports more than 90 languages.
