Food establishments

Category A* $250

Category B* $175

Category C* $100

Category D* (snow cone stand) $50

Mobile Food Vendor (food preparation on unit) $250

Pushcart (food preparation on unit) $250

Roadside Food Vendor (no food preparation on unit) $100

Pushcart (no food preparation on unit - prepackaged only) $100

Temporary Food Permit (14 days) For timely application $50

For late application or  on-site issuance $100

Seasonal Permit 120 days $100

New Facility Inspection Fee (Plan Review) $30

Duplicate or Replacement Fee $20

*Category A- any place where raw, potentially hazardous food is processed or prepared

*Category B - any place where food preparation involves only reheating and/or serving of potentially hazardous food or the processing of nonpotentially hazardous food or precooked, potentially hazardous foods

*Category C - any place where only nonpotentially hazardous foods and/or prepackaged potentially hazardous foods are served or sold. No food processing is involved.

*Category D - any place, permanent or seasonal, serving or offering for sale crushed or shaved ice made in conjunction with a sugar and water based syrup that is essentially a nonpotentially hazardous food.
